RATE CARD

Basic one-hour funeral video Streaming of Funerals prices from £195 for a one-hour service including recording, streaming, and editing to a dedicated viewing page.

Attending the burial and recording the interment based on a 30-minute is an additional £95. This is not customarily live-streamed, allowing editing to fit the circumstances. The video is then added to the viewing page.

Extended funerals with up to four hours, including church service and burial, all of which can be added to the dedicated viewing page, including a photo album, footage provided by the family of the coffin leaving the house, high-view camera covering the burial, tributes and we might even be able to get a drone overview too. £425

Obit’s video streaming service is provided on the following basis:

Live Streaming Service

• The service will be live-streamed on a private link. The link can be shared on social media, but only those who have been sent the link will be able to view it.
• The video will be archived shortly after the service and will be available for viewing for 12 months.
  Please arrange access to the venue one hour prior to the start time.
• We use our best efforts to ensure that your video is live-streamed on the day. However, there may be issues with the streaming connection. If we experience technical issues, a recorded version of the service will be uploaded shortly after and available to watch on the same link URL.
• We travel to the venue by our own transport. This allows us to travel and set up with one hour to spare. However, there may be traffic difficulties that prevent us from arriving in good time.
• Our equipment is extensive and uses multiple cellular links, which allows us to deliver a recorded stream as planned.
• If we are unable to provide the video either as a live stream or recording, we will only be able to refund any charges. We will not be liable for any consequential loss.

Cancellation if less than 7 days notice is given, then the full invoice value will be charged minus any mileage charges.

Mileage is charged at £0.75 per mile based on distance from PR83NP using the quickest route as recommended by Google Maps.

Download links are provided free of charge on request.

DVD & BluRay discs can be supplied as an extra. The first disc costs £30 with £5 per additional copy.
